Becca Barton is an American fine art artist who's known for her folksy and whimsical art style. She started painting at a very young age and always had the desire to expand her knowledge. That inspired her to attend every art classes she could. She later studied at the Columbus College of Art and Design for five years, majoring in design and illustration. After completing her college studies, she landed a job, working as a corporate director for some time before making up her mind to follow her heart to create art. Quitting her job to freelance and create own work gave her an opportunity to learn more and hone her skills. Becca created custom artwork for different companies and did portraits as well. She uses watercolors and acrylics as her primary mediums, the mediums she has mastered over the years.
Becca covers a wide array of subjects including snowmen, whimsical Santas, and angels. She also paints herbs and flowers of diverse species. Through her freelancing work, he has forged cordial working relationships with different product companies, something that has seen her works used to make pillows, gift bags, rugs, dishes, and wallpaper just to mention a few. Her works are found in different homes, galleries and collections. Becca’s exploration of sign art has also endeared her to many home owners over the years. She is currently based in Ohio where she still creates artwork. Becca has a family with which she enjoys great times, traveling and having nature adventures.
